NEET Exam Pattern:
NEET UG 2013 Examination Consists Only One Paper Containing 180 Multiple Choice Questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botony and Zoology) Sections.
How to Fill and Apply NEET 2013 :

1. Candidates need to Fill the Application Form Carefully step by step using Fields given in form.

2. After Successful Submission of Application Form Candidates need to Make Payment Using E-Challan or Debit/Credit Card.
3. Take Printout of Confirmation Page and send it to CBSE. Also Take Print out of Address Slip to paste on A5 Envelope
Payment of Fee : E – Challan Payment Candidates need to Take printout of E-Challan Form using Registration Number from below link
