JNTU-HYD : IV Convocation Notification For Candidates qualified for the award of Degree/Diploma during the academic year 2011-12
The IV Convocation of the JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD (JNTUH) is likely to be held in the month of April/May 2013 (Actual date will be notified later). The Candidates who are qualified for the award of Degree/Diploma during the academic year 2011-12 (i.e on or before 15-03-2013) are hereby informed to visit the convocation registration portal epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation and submit the application online mode on or before 06/04/2013 (those who have applied for degree in the Pre-Convocation mode should not apply for Convocation). The application fee Rs.600/- shall be accepted in online mode only (The students who have already paid need not pay the fee. However the registration is compulsory). For details refer to the above mentioned registrations portal. One helpline desk is made available at the student service section (Ground floor) of the Examination Branch. If any candidate needs clarification or help, he/she may contact the helpline desk (9347733340).The Degree Certificates of all the Bachelor Degree Courses, Master Degree Courses, M.S amd M.Phil degrees will be sent by Registered post to the individuals to the address given in their online application. Gold medal recipients and Ph.D degree scholars can receive their degree in person at the convocation.
The registration procedure for obtaining the original degree certificates from JNTU Hyderabad is through online mode only. The candidates have to furnish their particulars including Provisional Certificate (PC) number and the address for correspondence in online mode
The application fee of Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred Rupees only) can be paid either by making online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/ATM cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBH using the on-line Challan generated by this registration application software. In case the candidate opts for the online challan payment mode, after the payment is made against the challan, the details like branch name of SBH, date and time of payment against the challan are to be uploaded by the candidate from the same registration account of the portal. If the payment is not made by the candidate against the challan at any of the SBH bank branches, the registration shall be null and void.
1. Soft Copy of a Digital Passport size Photograph should be between 100-200 KB.
2. Soft Copy of a Proof of Identity size should be between 100-200 KB.
3. Soft Copy of Provisional Certificate size should be between 200-300 KB.
4. Entering The Provisional Certificate NUMBER (Number that is above the serial no of PC) is mandatory.
sir/madam, i am naveen kumar from jntu i done with mba during 2010-12, i have not applied for original certificate through online as apirl is the last date, but i have already made a payment in college
please help me out again when can i submit through online....please help me.........jntu.
